The South fork of the Moorman's River is lush with seemingl undisturbed growth for centuries There's a fire road with a few foundations of homesteads every so often--even a standing chimney (which I imagine is home to many bats by now). And one of the most popular swimming holes in that area, Blue Hole. Many people frequent Blue Hole in the summer, but the landscape still remains relatively undisturbed.
